I have been creating jewelry for more years than I care to admit beginning with small bead weaving and expanding to incorporate stringing, wire-wrapping and metal work. I prefer to use semiprecious metals and gemstones and create high quality work. Clasps and earwires will be sterling silver or gold-filled unless notified otherwise in the item description. Sometimes a design screams for copper or brass, and sometimes I like to save you a lot of money by using other metals!

I absolutely LOVE to see the expression on people's faces when they put on a piece of Lyndeni jewelry for the first time. It creates glee in my heart that spreads out to my face :)

I have an artistic background with an accomplished list of techniques and mediums that lend to my love of jewelry design. I hold a degree in graphic design and teach jewelry making at my favorite Hillsboro bead shop. I continue to grow in my jewelry making techniques and am currently dabbling in PMC, metal forming, glass fusing and wire weaving.

About the company name: Lyndeni is a melding of my first and middle names Lynda Denise. It's been a moniker for so long that it simply feels natural to me. Lyndeni designs incorporates both graphic and jewelry design. I use "designs" as a verb... cuz that's just what I do! The heart dotting the i in my logo is not just a cutesy, teenager thing to do. The heart represents my mother in different ways.
1. She is the heart of me. She bore me, raised me, taught me, was patient with me, and loved me.
2. She passed away from heart failure and I miss her with all my heart. I will always support the American Heart Association in her honor.
